Comprehensive Approach
As modern-day slavery constitutes one of the single most significant threats against global economic stability, strengthening private enterprises’ corporate social responsibility programs (CSR), in collaboration with government and non-governmental organization partners, will provide the necessary forums and tools to address the threats. CSR involves more than charity and following the law but rather focuses on how companies handle their social and economic footprint. Many private enterprises’ CSR programs have grand intentions to serve their communities, employees, and shareholders; however, a majority of these programs are not achieving their goals.
In establishing robust CSR programs that incorporate modern-day slavery eradication programs, private enterprises need to consider three main principles: economy, security, and rule of law. AR comprehensively evaluates these principles by developing best practices reports and outreach campaigns, facilitating meetings and conferences, and designing inclusive training to supplement client’s existing programs. AR’s programs are not “one size fits all”. After a thorough analysis of client’s current programs, AR, in collaboration with the client, develops individual programs to meet client’s future CSR goals.
Technical Assistance
Through the following analyses, AR prepares best practices reports, outreach campaigns, and training programs and guides, as well as facilitates meetings and conferences. In addition, AR offers design and management for anti modern-day slavery programs.
Economic Analysis: Conduct impact evaluation analysis of existing programs to assess their effectiveness in meeting stated objectives and their impacts on target populations. Provide cost-benefit analysis of existing programs aimed at evaluating their efficiency
Country Analysis: Review and analyze historical and current political climates, focusing on the impact of slavery, trafficking and related tangential crimes on national and global security matters.
Communications Analysis: Assess communications and outreach efforts currently in place. Develop strategic communication plans to increase awareness of client programs to stop modern-day slavery.
